• coordination with the classification society and transfer of class in order to obtain new class and statutory certificates for ferrying;
• development of manuals and obtaining ISM and ISPS certificates for the voyage;
• H&M и P&I insurance of the vessel;
• technical management;
• appointment of port agents, arrangement of passes of straits/channels;
• vessel’s bunkering;
• vessel’s crew management;
• communication and vessel’s position monitoring;
• delivery of spare parts and supplies;
• organization of repairs and dry-docking if required.
